The North Oakwood Deed Restrictions Committee is elected by the North Oakwood Lot owners at our Annual Meeting.

They serve an overlapping three-year term and have the authority to promote and enforce the comprehensive and

integrated application of the property use restrictions listed in the deed restrictions.
